Importation Officer - International Trade & Logistics

Apero Restaurant is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Importation Officer to join our dynamic team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless international trade operations, compliance with customs regulations, and efficient management of import processes. As an Importation Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire import process, from sourcing suppliers to customs clearance and delivery. You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure that all imported goods meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with international suppliers, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with local and international trade laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire import process, from supplier selection to customs clearance and delivery.
• Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all import transactions using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Prepare and submit necessary import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in international trade and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in importation and international trade.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
