📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and lead a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement operational plans to improve efficiency and profitability.,Monitor and control costs, ensuring the financial health of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of hygiene.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Represent the restaurant at events and functions, ensuring a positive image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.
