📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Manage and maintain IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

Technical skills: Knowledge of operating systemsnetworkingand software applications.Soft skills: Excellent communicationproblem-solvingand customer service skills.Language skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
