📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning and executing daily operations,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels,Monitor food and beverage inventory and place orders as needed,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Conduct regular staff training and development,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions,Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian🛠️ Keahlian
