📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
