Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency,Strong leadership and communication skills,Good knowledge of safety protocols and regulations,Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues,Familiarity with operational tools and equipment,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Valid driver's license and clean driving record
