📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection.,Screen and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and experience.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring manager.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future roles.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other common recruitment software.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
