📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing telesales operations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Conducting market research and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring telesales agents.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
