📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize costs.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet services.,Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet activities.,Organize and plan fleet maintenance and repairs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
