Max Spot Nusantara is looking for a motivated and friendly Junior Receptionist to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, its services, and facilities,Check-in and check-out guests, and ensure accurate record-keeping,Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations,Maintain a clean and organized reception area,Handle general administrative tasks as assigned,Assist with event planning and coordination when needed,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,Proficiency in Indonesian (both written and spoken),Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
