📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure the restaurant meets financial targets and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and teams effectively.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
