📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure the store meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction levels.,Oversee the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail management software is a plus.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
