📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to participants.,Collaborate with the HR team to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events.,Provide support to the Training and Development Manager in various projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
