Indonesia Insurance is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our logistics operations. This is an urgent position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of all logistics operations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and customers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage and supervise logistics staff as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for logistics staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with insurance industry logistics is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
