📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions to ensure we attract the right talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make data-driven hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers to foster a positive employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
