Link Spot Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, providing excellent service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, table service, and housekeeping.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including waiters, cooks, and other support staff.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues promptly.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that costs are kept under control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations.,Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
