📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote frozen food products to hotels, restaurants, and catering services in Bali.,Identify and target potential customers, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services, to drive sales growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, including but not limited to, trade shows, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing activities to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and establish strong industry connections.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the HORECA industry.,Strong understanding of the HORECA market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software, including CRM systems, data analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
