Max Link Lestari is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with sales transactions and provide product information.,Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales assistance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong customer service orientation.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
