As a Senior Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, as well as handling customer transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products with high quality and accuracy.,Handle customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Proven ability to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction standards.,High school diploma or equivalent.

🛠️ Keahlian

Brewing coffee with various methods (e.g.espressodrippour-over).Making and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages (e.g.lattescappuccinosmochas).Handling cash and credit card transactions.Operating POS systems and other coffee shop equipment.Maintaining a clean and organized work area.Training and mentoring junior staff members.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
