📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational efficiency.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's reach and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.,Knowledge of the East Timor market and retail industry is advantageous.
