📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage surveying activities for construction and land development projects.,Ensure accurate and timely completion of surveying tasks.,Lead and mentor junior surveyors and team members.,Develop and implement surveying strategies and best practices.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.,Maintain and update project documentation and records.,Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification in surveying (e.g., PSM I, PSM II, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
