📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound customer calls to promote dental services and schedule appointments.,Assist in answering customer inquiries and providing information about our dental treatments.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional activities.,Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and treatments to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using computer and telephony systems.,Familiarity with dental services and treatments is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
