📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the creative production process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality output.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, and graphic designers to develop and execute creative strategies.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to enhance and refine creative content.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative concepts.
• Ensure all creative work complies with brand guidelines and company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative production role, preferably in film or multimedia.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and creative production processes.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
